我院在开展儿童常见病、多发病的防治及婴幼儿系统管理的基础上，对本院1980年1月至1995年12月手术治疗的185例6岁以下小儿（以下简称小儿）阑尾炎术后并发症进行了统计分析，并提出防治方法。1临床资料阑尾炎的病理改变与术后并发症的关系见表1。从表1可以看出185例小儿阑尾炎
On the basis of carrying out prevention and treatment of infantile common diseases and infantile diseases in our hospital, 185 cases of infants under 6 years old (hereinafter referred to as infants) undergoing surgical treatment from January 1980 to December 1995 were enrolled in this study.
