在体疗,按摩和非甾体药物疗法的基础上用超短波电场作用于下丘脑-垂体区和分米波作用于胸腺区治疗慢性进行性类风湿关节类(PA)患者51例。第1组40例,先作双颞(27.12MHz,55~60W)后作(460MHz,10w),每日1次各15min,18~20次1疗程;第2组11例用模拟治疗作为对照组。观察指标包括临床症状,行走15m时间,握力,血沉、血小板和白细胞计数,血清α_2、γ、球蛋白、蛋白结合已糖、粘蛋白、血浆铜蓝蛋白、尿中羟脯氨酸及蛋白量,T、B淋巴细胞及其亚群Tc(T_S)和T_X(T_H)计数,血清lgA、M、G,循环免疫复合物,类风湿因子,胚细胞变形反应中被活化的胸腺的细胞,11-OKC,ACTH,皮质醇,TTH,T_3,T_4,醛固酮,cAMP,cGMP,PGE,PGF_2,及内啡肽等。
On the basis of physical therapy, massage and NSAIDs, 51 patients with chronic progressive rheumatoid arthritis (PA) were treated with HIFU in hypothalamus-pituitary area and decimeter-wave area in thymus area. The first group of 40 cases, first for the double-temporal (27.12MHz, 55 ~ 60W) for the (460MHz, 10w), 15 times a day for 15min, 18-20 times a course of treatment; the second group of 11 patients with simulated treatment as a control group. Observations included clinical symptoms, walking time 15 m, grip strength, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, platelet and leukocyte counts, serum levels of α 2, γ, globulin, protein bound glycated sugar, mucin, ceruloplasmin, urinary hydroxyproline and protein, T, T_ (T_S) and T_X (T_H) counts, Serum lgA, M, G, circulating immune complexes, rheumatoid factor, activated thymocytes in embryonic cell deformation response, OKC, ACTH, cortisol, TTH, T_3, T_4, aldosterone, cAMP, cGMP, PGE, PGF_2, and endorphins.
