目的探讨学生学习成绩与伤害的关联,为伤害预防提供科学依据。方法整群抽取辽宁省初中、高中/职高、大学/大专学生23 213名,使用中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷进行调查。结果 15种伤害类型中,不同学习成绩间男生有14种,女生有10种差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);不同学校类型间女生有1种伤害类型,男生有7种伤害类型,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),其中重点高中跌坠伤、扭伤的报告率高,职业高中烧伤/烫伤、动物咬伤、电击伤、中毒、爆炸伤的报告率高。结论学习成绩“差”的学生伤害报告率高。职业高中、重点高中有着不同的伤害防控重点。
Objective To explore the correlation between students’ academic performance and injury and provide a scientific basis for injury prevention. Methods A total of 23 213 middle school, high school / vocational high school and college / college students in Liaoning Province were collected by cluster analysis. The survey was conducted using the questionnaire about health behaviors of adolescents in China. Results Among the 15 types of injuries, there were 14 male students with different academic records and 10 female students with statistical significance (P <0.05). There were 1 types of injuries among girls in different school types and 7 kinds of injuries among boys , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Among them, the incidence of falls and sprains in key high schools was high, and the reported rates of burns / scalds, animal bites, electric shocks, poisoning and explosive injuries in vocational schools were high. Conclusion Students with a poor academic record of poor grades reported a high rate of injury. Vocational high school, focusing on high school have different focus on injury prevention and control.
