目的 探讨胰高血糖素 -C肽刺激试验对 β细胞功能评价及其临床意义。 方法 对 2 5例正常人及 5 0例 2型DM病人及 15例 1型DM病人三组行胰高血糖素 -C肽刺激试验。结果 1型DM组空腹及试验后 6minC肽值明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,说明胰高血糖素刺激后几乎无反应 ,2型DM组空腹C肽值与对照组相近 ,但刺激后显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,三组的 6minC肽与空腹C肽均呈正相关。结论 注射胰高血糖素后 6minC肽值可反映胰岛 β细胞储备功能 ,该试验对糖尿病的分型及临床治疗具有重要意义
Objective To investigate the effect of glucagon-C peptide stimulation on β-cell function and its clinical significance. Methods Glucagon-C peptide stimulation was performed in 35 healthy individuals, 50 DM patients with type 2 DM and 15 DM patients with type 1 diabetes. Results The fasting and postoperation 6 peptide values in type 1 DM group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01), indicating that there was almost no response after glucagon stimulation in type 1 DM group. The fasting C peptide value in type 2 DM group was similar to that in control group, But was significantly lower than that of the control group after stimulation (P <0.01). The 6min peptide of the three groups had a positive correlation with the fasting C peptide. Conclusion The peptide value of 6min after injection of glucagon can reflect the function of islet β-cell reserve, which is of great significance for the typing and clinical treatment of diabetes
