公务员“报考热”现象一方面反映出我国人事制度改革取得初步成效,公平、公正、择优的选人用人机制已得到社会广泛认可,另一方面也应该正确认识、理性对待公务员“报考热”现象,通过分析原因及利弊影响等,采取有效的对策促进我国“公考之路”朝着正确、全面、有序的方向发展。
