对于转让方式,法律上有着明确规定,或者是可以在公司章程中制定。本文首先对转让的各种方式进行介绍,更为清楚明确了股份转让的界定。再通过探讨强制执行中的股权转让的相关问题,希望能够引起各界对有限责任公司股份转让的关注,各股份有限公司能够在制定公司章程时制定出完善的符合法律规定的规范。
For the transfer method, the law has a clear provision, or it can be formulated in the company’s articles of association. This article first introduces the various ways of transfer and clears the definition of transfer of shares more clearly. By discussing the relevant issues of the equity transfer in the enforcement, I hope to arouse the public’s attention on the transfer of shares of limited liability companies, and each company can formulate a complete set of norms in compliance with laws and regulations when formulating the articles of association.
