现代国家的假日体系是反映一个国家根本价值取向和民族精神状态的风向标,是反映社会和谐与进步的重要指标。新中国建立以来,随着经济社会的发展,我国的假日体系发生了一系列深刻的变革,在一定程度上给人民群众的生活增添了许多色彩,产生了深远的影响。然而,任何一项改革都不可能是一劳永逸的终极模式,从发展的角度看,现行双休日和节假日安排办法也暴露出许多弊端。一是“双休日”的分散特性造成假日资源实质性浪费。每年法定“双休日”累计长达104天,是一个巨大的假日资源,但是由于配置过于分散,不便于人们有更多的选择,难以实现“1+1>2”的集成效
The holiday system of the modern country is the benchmark for reflecting the fundamental value orientation and the national spirit of a country and is an important indicator of social harmony and progress. Since the founding of New China, with the development of economy and society, a series of profound changes have taken place in the holiday system in our country, to a certain extent, it has brought many colors to the people’s lives and has had a profound impact. However, any reform can not be the ultimate model once and for all. From a developmental perspective, the current weekends and holidays arrangements expose many drawbacks. First, “weekend ” decentralized nature of the substantive waste of holiday resources. Every year, statutory “weekend ” accumulative total of 104 days, is a huge holiday resources, but because the allocation is too scattered, not easy for people to have more choices, it is difficult to achieve the “1 + 1> 2 ”
