中小企业在技术创新过程中存在明显优势,广大中小企业的积极性如果能被调动起来,我国就向创新型国家更迈进了一步。本文基于企业生命周期理论,通过对中小企业不同发展阶段的特征和问题进行分析,结合三种基本技术创新模式,提出企业在不同的发展阶段该如何根据自身条件选择创新模式。笔者希望借此能够有效解决我国中小企业在技术创新过程中遭遇瓶颈的问题。
Small and medium-sized enterprises have obvious advantages in the process of technological innovation. If the enthusiasm of large and medium-sized enterprises can be mobilized, our country will take another step towards an innovative country. Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of SMEs at different stages of development, and combines the three basic models of technological innovation to propose how enterprises should choose innovative modes according to their own conditions at different stages of development. I hope to take this as an effective solution to the bottleneck encountered by SMEs in the process of technological innovation.
