吊装工艺设计是起重机装配工艺设计的重要内容,其目的在于提高安全生产水平、降低员工劳动强度、提高生产效率并保证产品装配质量。本文从吊装工艺方法选择、吊点设计、专用吊具设计及吊索具管理四个方面对起重机装配吊装工艺设计进行了系统研究,并指出提高专用吊具覆盖率的发展方向。
Hoisting process design is the crane assembly process design an important part of its purpose is to improve the level of safety in production, reducing staff labor intensity, improve production efficiency and ensure product assembly quality. This article systematically researches the design of crane assembly and lifting process from four aspects of the selection of lifting technology, the design of lifting point, the design of special spreader and the management of slings. It also points out the direction of development to improve the coverage rate of special spreader.
