Objective To explore the impact of long-term exposure to dust and noise on workers’ health. Methods The health status of 240 casting shop workers in a foundry of Taixing was analyzed. At the same time, 160 workers with no history of exposure to dust and dust were selected for comparison. Results The detection rate of electrocardiogram anomaly in foundry workers was higher than that of control group. There were significant differences in ECG abnormalities, sinus bradycardia and sinus arrhythmia between two groups (P <0.01), left ventricular high voltage And ST-T wave changes were statistically significant (P <0.05), but casting workers abnormal rate of electrocardiogram has nothing to do with the length of service. Conclusion Casting operating environment can cause a series of damage to the cardiovascular system of production workers, and should be dust-proof and noise-free and strengthen individual protection.
