用于汽车传动系统的普通万向传动轴,按其在汽车上装配连接方式,可以分为两类。一类是最常见的结构,称为突缘万向传动轴,它的两端是突缘叉,使用螺栓、螺母等连接件就可以把传动轴总成与其它部件上的突缘连接起来;另一类是无突缘万向传动轴,它的两端没有突缘叉,而是万向节头,传动轴总成的装配连接是通过其他部件上的叉端来实现的。图1示出了这两种不同型式的万向传动轴总成。
The general PTO shaft used for the transmission system of a car can be divided into two types according to its assembly and connection in the car. One is the most common structure, called the flange drive shaft, its ends are flanged fork, the use of bolts, nuts and other connections to the drive shaft assembly and the flange on the other components connected together; The other is the flangeless PTO shaft, which has no lugs at both ends but a universal joint. The assembly of the drive shaft assembly is achieved through the fork ends on the other components. Figure 1 shows the two different types of PTO shaft assembly.
