经营者进行价格活动享有哪些权利?《价格法》第11条规定了经营者进行价格活动时享有的权利:1.经营者有权自主制定属于市场调节的价格。这是经营者作为社会主义市场经济条件下的独立市场主体所应享有的最基本的权利。2.经营者有权在政府指导价格规定的幅度内制定价格。政府指导价是双重定价主体价格,在政府规定的限度内,经营者有权根据市场供求情况,制定具体价格,从而保证价格的正常运行。
What are the rights of the operator to carry out price activities? Article 11 of the Price Law stipulates the rights enjoyed by the operator in carrying out price activities: 1. The operator has the right to formulate the prices which are market-regulated independently. This is the most basic right to be enjoyed by the operator as an independent market player under the conditions of a socialist market economy. 2. The operator has the right to set the price within the range prescribed by the government guidance price. The government guidance price is the price of the dual pricing main body. Within the limits prescribed by the government, the operator has the right to formulate a specific price according to the market supply and demand so as to ensure the normal operation of the price.
