雪压冬云白絮飞邮市低迷涌春潮齐鲁邮人担道义东风萌发第一枝伴随着2011年“齐鲁集邮研究会”(原“齐鲁邮学会”)第四届集邮文化节的落幕,“齐鲁集邮研究会”也不断亮相于多家集邮媒体,引起了集邮爱好者的关注。齐鲁集邮研究会究竟是怎样一个民办集邮组织?又是在何种情况下成立的?诸如此类众多问题,笔者作为该会早期会员,在此借《集邮博览》一角,向大家简介一二,错谬之处,还请知情人斧正!
