目的:研究赤芍药材经60钴-γ射线辐照前、后有效成分的变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定受辐照前、后赤芍药材中芍药苷的含量,色谱柱为Spherigel ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为260.5nm。结果:赤芍药材经60钴-γ射线辐照后芍药苷的含量降低了近20%。结论:在处理含赤芍药材的中药制剂时应考虑到辐照对主成分的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes in the active components of Radix Paeoniae Rubra before and after irradiation with cobalt-gamma ray. Methods: The content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Radix was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was Spherigel ODS C18 (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (gradient elution). The detection wavelength is 260.5 nm. RESULTS: The content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra was reduced by nearly 20% after 60 Co-γ-irradiation. Conclusion: The influence of irradiation on the main components should be taken into account when dealing with traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing Radix Paeoniae Rubra.
