目的 观察持续性高正加速度重复作用对大鼠咀嚼肌的影响。方法 雄性Wistar大鼠48只随机分成 4组 ,每组 1 2只。A组为空白对照 ;B组地面固定 5min ;C组固定于离心机转臂上 ,俯卧位 ,头向轴心 ,+1Gz离心 5min;D组体位同C组 ,+1 0Gz离心 30s,间隔时 +1Gz离心 60s,连续每日 5次 ,每周 4d ,共 3周。观察咬肌、颞肌、翼外肌的组织形态学改变。结果 A组、B组和C组咬肌、颞肌、翼外肌肌纤维排列整齐 ,粗细均匀 ,肌节完整 ,肌横纹清晰 ,线粒体正常。D组咬肌、颞肌、翼外肌肌血管扩张 ,组织充血 ,部分肌纤维扭曲、断裂、横纹消失 ,翼外肌甚至出现肌纤维溶解。部分肌原纤维溶解 ,线粒体肿胀 ,糖原减少。结论 持续性高正加速度重复作用可引起咀嚼肌不同程度的损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of repeated high positive acceleration on mastication in rats. Methods Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (12 in each group). Group A was blank control; Group B was fixed on the ground for 5min; Group C was fixed on centrifuge arm, prone position, axial center, + 1Gz centrifugation for 5min; Group D was as same as group C, + 10Gz for 30s, + 1Gz centrifugal 60s, 5 times a day, 4days a week, a total of 3 weeks. Morphological changes of masseter muscle, temporal muscle and pterygoid muscle were observed. Results The muscle fibers of the masseter muscle, the temporal muscle and the pterygoid muscle in group A, group B and group C were arranged neatly, the thickness was uniform, the sarcomere was intact, the muscle stripes were clear and the mitochondria were normal. D group masseter muscle, temporal muscle, extrafluous muscle muscle vasodilation, tissue hyperemia, part of the muscle fibers twisted, broken, horizontal stripes disappear, wing muscle or even muscle fiber dissolution. Some myofibrillar lysis, mitochondria swelling, glycogen reduction. Conclusion Continuous high positive acceleration repetitive effect can cause different degrees of masticatory muscle damage.
