目的:考察甲硝唑体外抑菌试验是否对庆大霉素产生干扰。方法:体外抑菌试验法。结果:甲硝唑对照品与庆大霉素标准品、甲硝唑原料与庆大霉素原料、甲硝唑栓剂与抗炎二号栓剂、庆大霉素栓剂与抗炎二号栓剂体外抑菌试验没有显著性差异。结论:甲硝唑体外抑菌试验对庆大霉素没有影响。
Objective: To investigate whether in vitro antibacterial test of metronidazole could interfere with gentamicin. Methods: In vitro antibacterial test. Results: Metronidazole reference substance and gentamycin standard, metronidazole raw materials and gentamicin raw materials, metronidazole suppository and anti-inflammatory suppository 2, gentamycin suppository and anti-inflammatory suppository suppository in vitro There was no significant difference in bacterial test. Conclusion: Metronidazole antibacterial test in vitro did not affect gentamicin.
