民惟邦本,邦固民宁。民生问题直接关系到中国老百姓的幸福生活指数、社会的安定程度,对构建社会主义和谐社会至关重要。农民工问题是中国长久不衰的民生大难题。而社会生活是受法律调整的,农民工问题作为关系十几亿人口的大问题,作为国家发展进步的薄弱环节更加需要法律的调整与规范。其中,刑法以其强制性、制裁性等独特之处,对于解决农民工问题,也将发挥不可替代的作用。
People only state, Banggu Min Min. The people’s livelihood issues are directly related to the index of well-being of Chinese people and the stability of the community. They are crucial to building a harmonious socialist society. The problem of migrant workers is a long-standing problem of people’s livelihood in China. The social life is regulated by law. As a major issue concerning the population of billions of people, the problem of migrant workers needs more regulation and standardization of laws as a weak link in the development and progress of the country. Among them, the criminal law with its mandatory, sanctions and other unique features, to solve the problem of migrant workers will also play an irreplaceable role.
