这个栏目是应读者要求开设的。本刊改版以来读者就有这个要求，自本刊组织“高警督”现场说法以后，这种要求已变成了呼声，无数信件像雪片般飞来，其迫切之情令人感动，令人振奋。为此，我们特辟出版面，开设此栏，请本刊法律顾问、中国人民公安大学客座副教授韩孝忠同志主持。本栏目开设之后，原《事故案例解析》便不再另设。本栏将以实际案例为依托，以普及道路交通管理理论知识和操作技能为目的，竭诚为广大交通民警服务。希望大家多关心、多帮助，多提建设性意见。
This section is opened upon request of the reader.
