在中国经济快速发展的今天,企业要打造百年常青基业,就必须适应新的形势任务,突出人力资源战略与核心技术优势,积极培育企业核心竞争力,走科学发展之路。人力资源战略研究开发应用是企业改革发展的重点,技术先进、人才优秀是企业发展的资本。如何建立一套科学合理的选人用人新机制,尤其是各类人才技术水平发挥的价值衡量评价体系,探索科学合理的人力资源核算方法,已成为企业人力资源开发的首要任务。现就企业人力资源价值核算体系研究和实践浅谈几点理解和认识。

Now on the enterprise human resource value accounting system research and practice about a little understanding and understanding.
