1.引言水准测量工作存在着一个问题,在坡度很陡的山地进度非常缓慢,而我国是多山的国家,实际工作中许多同志和我谈起山地测水准每站只能推进五、六公尺,所费的工夫很大,对这问题初步提出用经纬仪高程导线来补救,但是需要较高的精度又不能代替。同时又连想到山地濛气差对高差严重的影响,启发我考虑用联通管在山地运用问题。但是山地的高差很大联通管的高度受观测者身高的限制,管高1.7公尺以上观测有困难,现在提出下面这种“静力水准仪”初步的雏形。承领导上的支持,由总参测绘局修配所试制,并由许钊骨同志担任施工设计,制成初步的仪器模型,得以进行试验应当深切的感谢。
1. INTRODUCTION There is a problem with leveling work. In very steep slopes, the progress is very slow. However, our country is a mountainous country. Many comrades in practical work talked with me about the level of mountains. Each station can only advance five or six times. The ruler has a great deal of time and it is proposed to use the theodolite elevation wire to remedy this problem. However, it requires higher accuracy and cannot be replaced. At the same time, he even thought of the serious impact of bad mountain conditions on the height difference, and inspired me to consider the use of Unicom management in the mountains. However, the height difference in the mountainous area is greatly limited by the height of the observer. Observing the tube height above 1.7 meters is difficult. Now the preliminary prototype of the “static leveling instrument” is proposed. The support from the leaders was trial-produced by the General Staff Surveying and Mapping Bureau, and Comrade Xu Yu-gu was appointed as the construction designer to make a preliminary instrument model. The test should be deeply appreciated.
