目的:探讨陈皮、藿香不同提取物对肢体缺血-再灌注(LIR)大鼠胃肠动力的影响。方法:采用LIR模型,观察陈皮水提液、陈皮苷及藿香水提液、藿香水提液+挥发油、百秋里醇对LIR大鼠胃肠运动的影响。结果:LIR大鼠胃排空和小肠推进能力较空白对照组均明显降低(均P<0.01)。陈皮水提液、陈皮苷、藿香水提液、藿香水提液+挥发油均能明显增强LIR模型大鼠胃排空和小肠推进能力(均P<0.01),百秋里醇则对其无影响;陈皮水提液与陈皮苷两组间、藿香水提液与藿香水提液+挥发油两组间胃排空和小肠推进状况差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:对于改善LIR模型大鼠胃排空和小肠推进能力,陈皮水提液多组分优于陈皮苷单组分,藿香水提液+挥发油全组分优于藿香水提液单组分,而单一化学成分百秋里醇未见促胃肠动力作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different extracts of dried tangerine peel and musk on gastrointestinal motility in limb ischemia-reperfusion (LIR) rats. Methods: The LIR model was used to observe the effects of water extract of Chenpi peel, extracts of tangerefolia glycosides, and Perfume-scented Perfume Extract, Perfume Ecstasy Extract + Volatile Oil, and Patchouli Alcohol on gastrointestinal motility in LIR rats. Results: The gastric emptying and small intestine advancing ability in LIR rats were significantly lower than those in the blank control group (all P<0.01). The water extract of Chenpi peel, medicated tannin extract, peony scented scented extract, and scented scented extract + volatile oil all significantly enhanced the gastric emptying and small intestine advancing ability of rats with LIR (all P<0.01). The differences of gastric emptying and small intestine advancing between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: For improving the gastric emptying and small intestine advancing ability of LIR rat model, the multi-components of the aqueous extract of Chenpi peel are better than that of the single component of hesperidin, and the whole components of the perfuming perfume+ volatile oil is better than the single component of the perfuming liquid. A single chemical ingredient, Pipoliol, did not promote gastrointestinal motility.
