选择北京体育大学运动系足球专业运动员进行递增负荷功率自行车运动至疲劳 ,测试红细胞内的抗氧化酶 (CAT、GSH -PX、SOD)和抗氧化物质 (VE、GSH)以及脂质过氧化反应的代谢产物 (MDA)的含量。同时还测试了Na+-K+ -ATP酶的活性。结果显示 ,一次性运动后SOD和GSH -PX的活性显著下降 ,CAT活性变化不明显 ;VE含量显著下降 ,GSH有下降趋势但无统计学意义 ;红细胞的Na+ -K+ -ATP酶活性显著上升。提示一次性急性运动可使红细胞的脂质过氧化增加 ,从而导致红细胞内的抗氧化物质含量和抗氧化酶活性发生改变。
The athletes of professional football in Beijing Sport University were selected to carry out progressive loading exercise to fatigue. The activities of antioxidative enzymes (CAT, GSH-PX, SOD) and antioxidant enzymes (VE, GSH) and lipid peroxidation Metabolites (MDA) content. The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase was also tested. The results showed that after a one-time exercise, the activities of SOD and GSH-PX decreased significantly, while the changes of CAT activity did not change obviously. The content of VE decreased significantly while the activity of GSH decreased but had no statistical significance. The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in erythrocytes increased significantly. Prompt one-time acute exercise can increase the lipid peroxidation of erythrocytes, leading to red blood cells within the antioxidant substance content and antioxidant enzyme activity change.
