香港回归以后,我国恢复行使澳门主权的历史时刻为期不远,这是又一件举世瞩目的大事。珠海与澳门缘于社会、历史、文化、亲情等因素,向来发生着十分密切的经济联系与合作。在世纪之交的历史新时期,珠海与澳门必然发生着更为特殊的联系与合作关系,因此,对新时期珠澳经济联系与合作进行必要的探讨,无疑对迎接“九九”澳门回归祖国,促进珠澳社会经济的新发展等有着十分重要
