目的:分析北京市的3座污水处理厂典型再生水体中,细菌含量特征和变化规律。方法:参考我国《生活饮用水标准检验法(》GB5750-85.37),《中华人民共和国国家标准(》GB/T4789.32-2002),食品卫生微生物学检验中细菌总数、总大肠菌群和耐热大肠杆菌的检测和计数。结果:三座典型污水处理厂的出水和中水中,细菌总数在57~2.4×106 cfu/ml;总大肠菌群MPN介于103~107 cfu/100 ml数量级;耐热大肠杆菌介于102~105 cfu/100 ml数量级。细菌总数、总大肠菌群和耐热大肠杆菌的数量在三座污水处理厂的出水和中水之间无差异。污水处理厂出水口中细菌的每月变化情况不明显。结论:再生水中存在对环境和公众健康的风险,应增加再生水体中微生物的检测指标。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and variation of bacteria content in typical reclaimed water of three sewage treatment plants in Beijing. Methods: With reference to China’s “Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water” (“GB5750-85.37),” National Standard of the People’s Republic of China ("GB / T4789.32-2002), total number of bacteria in food hygiene microbiology test, total coliforms and resistance Detection and enumeration of hot E. coli. Results: The total number of bacteria in effluent and intermediate water of three typical WWTPs was 57 ~ 2.4 × 106 cfu / ml, the MPN of total coliforms was on the order of 103 ~ 107 cfu / 100 ml, the thermophilic Escherichia coli was between 102 ~ 105 cfu / 100 ml order of magnitude. The total number of bacteria, the total coliforms and the number of thermotolerant E. coli did not differ between effluent and water of three WWTPs. The monthly changes of bacteria in the outlet of sewage treatment plants are not obvious. Conclusion: There is a risk to the environment and public health in reclaimed water, and the detection indexes of microorganisms in reclaimed water should be increased.
