目的探讨非手术治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离的适应证和治疗方法。方法对10例挫伤性睫状体脱离患者全身应用促进视网膜修复药物的同时,球结膜下注射甲基强的松龙,观察治疗前后的变化。结果治疗后10例(10眼)患者的视力、眼压、前房深度及眼底有明显提高和改善。经超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查证实,睫状体恢复正常。结论对挫伤性睫状体脱离患者要根据其不同病情做细致检查,非手术治疗更加安全、有效和实用。
Objective To explore the indications and treatment of non-surgical treatment of contusive ciliary body detachment. Methods 10 cases of contused ciliary body detachment patients with systemic application of retinal repair drugs at the same time, subconjunctival injection of methylprednisolone, observed before and after treatment changes. Results After treatment, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and fundus of 10 patients (10 eyes) were significantly improved and improved. Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) examination confirmed that the ciliary body returned to normal. Conclusion The contusion ciliary body detachment patients according to their different conditions to do a detailed examination, non-surgical treatment more secure, effective and practical.
