初中《中国历史》第四册插图“京汉铁路总工会会员证”是一枚铜制证章。中心图案为火车车轮,轮轴处附以鹰翅,它象征着铁路工人在中国共产党领导下组织起来展翅飞腾,勇猛奋斗的精神。1923年京汉铁路总工会辖长辛店、琉璃河、高碑店、保定、正定、顺德、彰德、新乡、黄河、郑州、郾城、驻马店、信阳、广水、江岸十六个分工会。分工会有的也有自己的证章,中心图案相同,有的增加了其它花饰或文字。如江岸京汉铁路工会会员证,加江岸地名,还加有“劳工神圣”四字和半个地球的装饰。会员证皆为圆形,但大小不一。建立京汉铁路总工会的筹备工作始于1922年4月。这年4月9日,在长辛店召开了全路总工会筹
