目的:优选昆参分散片的成型工艺。方法:以崩解时间为指标,采用单因素试验优选辅料种类;均匀设计试验优选辅料用量。结果:最佳处方组成为主药65%,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12%,微晶纤维素21%,阿司帕坦2%。按该处方压片,崩解时间<3 min,溶出迅速且完全。结论:所优选处方合理,工艺可行。
Objective: To optimize the forming process of kumquat dispersible tablets. Methods: Taking the disintegration time as index, single factor experiment was used to select the types of auxiliary materials. The uniform design test was used to optimize the amount of auxiliary materials. Results: The best prescription consisted of 65% main drug, 12% cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, 21% microcrystalline cellulose and 2% aspartame. Press the prescription tablets, disintegration time <3 min, dissolution quickly and completely. Conclusion: The preferred prescription is reasonable and the technology is feasible.
