随着办学规模扩大、学费增长,高职院校贫困生人数逐渐增加,日益严峻的就业形势也使他们成为就业大军中的弱势群体和经济就业双困生。贫困生的职业生涯规划已经成为高校思政教育工作者亟待解决的新课题。从思政教育角度出发,帮助贫困生树立正确的三观,更好地指导他们进行职业生涯规划,从而摆脱“就业难”的困局,实现个人、家庭、学校和社会的和谐发展。
With the expansion of schooling and tuition fees, the number of impoverished students in higher vocational colleges has gradually increased. The increasingly serious employment situation has also made them the disadvantaged groups in the employment force and the students in economic employment. The career planning of poor students has become a new topic to be solved urgently by the workers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. From the perspective of ideological and political education, we should help poor students to establish a correct concept of “three concepts” and better guide their career planning so as to get rid of the predicament of “difficult employment” and realize the harmonious development of individuals, families, schools and the society.
