碾压混凝土拌和物初凝时间的确定是碾压混凝土筑坝技术推广应用中亟待解决的问题之一.本文以水泥浆凝结过程中,凝聚结构向结晶结构网转变时对外力的阻抗发生明显的变化为依据,研究证实了碾压混凝土拌和物在凝结过程中对外力的阻抗存在明显的转折点,指出了该转折点对应的时间即为混凝土拌和物的初凝时间.本文还推荐了用于室内和施工现场测定碾压混凝土初凝时间的方法,并介绍了用于施工现场测定初凝时间的仪器.此外,文章还从胶凝材料浆体凝结过程结构转变出发,对影响碾压混凝土拌和物凝结过程的因素进行了分析.
