蔡宁,1983年西北政法大学毕业后,在甘肃省检察院从书记员干起,从事检察工作20余年,2003年至2007年任甘肃省检察院检察长、党组书记,2007年12月,调任河南省检察院检察长、党组书记。
Cai Ning, after graduating from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 1983, worked as a procurator in the Gansu Procuratorate for more than 20 years. From 2003 to 2007, he was the Attorney General and Party Secretary of Gansu Procuratorate. In December 2007, he was transferred to Henan Province Procuratorate Procuratorate, party secretary.
