最近,中州铝厂拿出71万元,对两年多来涌现出的65项管理成果进行了表彰。 1999年和2000年,是中州铝厂发展史上重要的两年,也是广大干部职工改变管理观念,管理成果层出不穷、管理成效显著的两年。两年来,他们以“自加压力、奋发图存、艰苦奋斗、争创一流”为指导方针,以实施“一流战略”为主线,各条战线积极探索新的管理方法,取得了“实施全员目标管理、建立高效运营机制”
