本文报道和分析了17例隐匿性插入型室性早搏,发现其中大多有器质性心脏病,且以冠心病及心肌炎多见。心电图类型以隐匿性室性双联插入性变异型较多。产生机制以折返环内伴有二个阻滞区来解释。结合运动试验、临床观察,随访中均未发展为快速室性心律。推测这种类型的心电图表现,大多属器质性心脏病所致,另外也和平行心律相似,都不易变成快速室性心律失常,可能是一种较为良性的心律失常。
This article reported and analyzed 17 cases of latent occlusive premature ventricular contractions and found that most of them have organic heart disease, and coronary heart disease and myocarditis more common. Electrocardiogram type occult ventricular dual insertion more variants. The mechanism of production is explained by two retarding zones associated with the reentry ring. Combined with exercise test, clinical observation, follow-up did not develop rapid ventricular rhythm. Speculated that this type of ECG performance, most of them are caused by organic heart disease, and also similar to the parallel heart rate, are not easy to become rapidly ventricular arrhythmia, may be a more benign arrhythmia.
