钢筋混凝土烟囱滑模施工中,安装信号平台的三角支架以往多是在烟囱混凝土筒壁上预埋上下两排暗榫,待暗榫全部出模并离开滑升操作平台外吊架底层后,再安装信号平台的三角支架。此法在安装中操作者完全处于悬空作业,既不安全,劳动强度又大,安装速度慢,同时还影响滑模施工的正常滑升。我单位在湖南韶峰水泥厂钢筋混凝土烟囱滑模施工中,采用了信号平台三角支架倒装法安装施工,较好地解决了这个问题。一、施工准备按施工图把三角支架制作好,刷防锈漆,运到滑模施工用的滑升操作平台上。二、施工方法
