中小学生是祖国的未来,是国家繁荣昌盛的希望。在社会竞争日益激烈的社会环境下,中小学生的心理健康问题不容忽视。这就要求中小学班主任在心理健康教育的过程中,要善于运用积极心理学理论引导学生,将学生培养成为健康、向上、阳光的新一代主体,促进学生的身心健康成长。本文结合积极心理学理论,阐述其在中小学班主任心理健康教育中的运用。
Primary and secondary school students are the future of the motherland and the hope of prosperity of the country. In an increasingly competitive social environment, the mental health of primary and secondary school students can not be ignored. This requires primary and secondary school class teacher in the process of mental health education, we should be good at using positive psychology theory to guide students, to develop students into a healthy, progressive, sunny new generation of subjects, and promote students’ physical and mental health growth. Combining with positive psychology theory, this article elaborates on its application in mental health education of primary and secondary school teachers.
