课堂教学是学生在教师的主导下不断获取新知的过程,在这个过程中,教师是课堂活动的组织者,是学生学习的引导者.新课改中,学生的主体性得到了较好地体现,在凸显学生主体性的同时,课堂实践中又容易忽视教师的主导性,从而让课堂探究失去方向,探究效率自然不高.发挥好教师的主导作用,在课堂中需要发挥教师在课堂中的控制作用,组织好课堂,激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生的知识构建.
Classroom teaching is the process of students acquiring new knowledge continuously under the guidance of the teacher. In this process, the teacher is the organizer of the classroom activities and the guide of student learning. In the new curriculum reform, the student’s subjectivity is well reflected. While highlighting the subjectivity of students, it is easy to overlook the dominance of teachers in classroom practice, so that classroom inquiry loses direction, and the efficiency of inquiry is naturally low. To play a leading role of teachers, teachers need to be used in the classroom. The role of control, organize a good classroom, stimulate students’ interest in learning, and promote students’ knowledge building.
