刑事证据规则是刑事诉讼的核心内容,完善我国的刑事证据法律规范,对促进我国司法公正具有重大意义。为弥补我国刑事证据规则的缺陷,我国应该通过在立法中规定“通过非法证据获取的派生证据”的可采性等内容;完善自白任意性规则真正实现“不得强迫任何人证实自己有罪”;加强普法教育,宣传证人出庭作证的重要性,解决证人出庭作证难问题。从而建立科学的刑事证据规则体系。
