为贯彻教育部颁发的《全国学校艺术教育发展规划》,规范我市中小学生课外、校外艺术活动, 展示学校和社会艺术教育成果,提升中小学生艺术水平,选拔和储备优秀艺术人才,经研究,决定于2006年举办第五届成都市学生优秀艺术人才选拔赛暨四川省第二届中小学生优秀艺术人才大赛成都市初赛。现将有关事项通知如下:
In order to implement the “National School Art Education Development Plan” issued by the Ministry of Education, it regulates primary and secondary school students’ extracurricular and off-campus art activities, displays the achievements of schools and social art education, enhances the art level of primary and secondary school students, and selects and reserves outstanding artistic talents. It was decided in 2006 to hold the Fifth Chengdu City Student Excellent Talents Qualification Competition and the Sichuan Provincial Second Primary and Middle School Students Outstanding Art Talent Competition Chengdu Preliminaries.
