一位在集体企业干了20多年的管理人员,下岗后却领不到失业保险金,走访了多个有关部门没有结果,一急之下,将顺德市社保局告上法庭。近日,顺德法院开庭审理了此案。转制起风波王某,顺德大良人,今年53岁,1976年9月参加工作,原为顺德挂车厂企业干部。2000年底顺德挂车厂转制,裁减200多人,王某成为其中一员。失业后,他即前往顺德市劳动服务中心办理劳动手册。
An executive who worked in a collective enterprise for more than 20 years did not receive any unemployment insurance benefits after he laid off and visited a number of relevant departments without result.
