当前,发展职业技术教育,已经成为全社会的一项中心任务。作为职业技术教育的一个重要组成部分,对企业中级技术工人的培训,已被列为“七·五”期间企业职工教育的一项重要任务。但是这一问题还没有引起企业和社会的足够重视,许多学员学习的积极性也不高,开展中级技术培训工作困难较大。目前,中级技术培训工作开展的并不顺利,主要存在以下问题; (1)不少企业领导对职工教育不够重视。
At present, the development of vocational and technical education has become a central task of the entire society. As an important part of vocational and technical education, the training of mid-level skilled workers has been listed as an important task for the education of employees during the “July 5th” period. However, this issue has not attracted enough attention from companies and the society. Many students are not enthusiastic about learning, and it is difficult to carry out intermediate technical training. At present, the mid-level technical training work is not going smoothly. The main problems are as follows: (1) Many business leaders do not pay enough attention to employee education.
