球样异型增生(globoid dysplasia)已被认为是印戒细胞癌的癌前病变。本文应用免疫组织化学方法,观察了在胃印戒细胞癌内和癌旁球样异型增生细胞中的细胞膜表面特异性糖蛋白DBA(双花藕豆凝集素)、SBA(大豆凝集素)和CEA(癌胚抗原)的表达,探讨其病理学意义,为早期诊断印戒细胞癌提供理论依据。
Globoid dysplasia has been considered as a precancerous lesion of signet-ring cell carcinoma. In this paper, immunohistochemistry was used to observe the cell membrane surface-specific glycoproteins DBA (Double Flower Cowpea Lectin), SBA (Soybean Lectin), and CEA in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma and in adjacent nodular dysplasia cells. (Carcinoembryonic antigen) expression, to explore its pathological significance, provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of signet-ring cell carcinoma.
