城市综合体越来越多地出现在国内外的大城市中,由于种种原因其形式越来越趋于雷同。北京绿地中心是典型的城市综合体,在设计的过程中重视与环境和谐共生的探索,对于建筑的个性化取得了一些成效,不仅仅满足建筑功能的需求,还满足城市发展的要求,为北京大望京中央商务区核心区的发展起到积极的作用。分别通过对城市设计、场地设计以及建筑设计三方面详尽分析,总结并介绍了北京绿地中心与环境和谐共生方面的设计实践,为城市综合体设计的个性化之路提供一个良好的范例。
Urban complexes are appearing more and more in large cities both at home and abroad, and their forms tend to be more and more similar due to various reasons. Beijing Greenland Center is a typical urban complex. During the design process, attention is paid to the exploration of harmonious coexistence with the environment. Some achievements have been made in individualizing the buildings, not only meeting the needs of architectural functions but also meeting the requirements of urban development. Great Wangjing Central Business District core area of development has played a positive role. Through the detailed analysis of urban design, site design and architectural design respectively, the paper summarizes and introduces the design practice of Beijing green space center and environment harmonious symbiosis, and provides a good example for the personalized road of urban complex design.
