The working principle of an ultrasonic testing system for emulsion concentration based on singlechip is introduced. The testing system is composed of ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic transmitting circuit and receiving circuit with AT89C2051 as the core, which can meet the requirements of emulsion concentration detection.
