联合国工业发展组织中国投资与技术促进处,从1996年开始,在中国政府有关部门和地方政府的支持下,用了6年多的时间,对在中国发展绿色经济和建设绿色产业示范区进行了理论探讨和具体实践。探索总结了适合中国实际情况的建设绿色产业示范区的道路、经验。实践证明,在6年前联合国工业发展组织就决定在中国推动绿色经济与绿色产业的发展,是有远见的,它不仅符合国际经产一体化和世界经济发展的大趋势,而且完全符合中国加入WTO之后的要求。也为中国绿色产业示范区应对入世后新的世界经济形势奠定了良好基础。
UNIDO China Investment and Technology Promotion Division, with support from relevant government departments and local governments in China, spent more than six years starting from 1996 on the development of a green economy and building a green industry demonstration zone in China Theoretical discussion and practice. Explore and summarize the road and experience in building a green industry demonstration zone that suits China’s actual conditions. Practice has proved that it was far-sighted for the UNIDO to decide to promote the green economy and the development of green industries in China six years ago. It not only meets the general trend of international economic integration and economic development but also fully complies with China’s accession After the WTO requirements. It also laid a good foundation for China’s green industry demonstration zone to cope with the new world economic situation after its accession to the WTO.
