对白菜和芜菁的 6个杂种 F1代进行游离小孢子培养 ,结果表明 ,不同组合间小孢子胚胎发生频率存在很大差异 ,胚产量最高的两个组合“矮脚黄×气死孩”和“苏州青×气死孩”平均每蕾分别产生2 1.1和 17.2个胚 .诱导杂种胚状体发生的最佳时期是单核中期至单核靠边期 .33℃、2 4 h热激处理可明显提高杂种小孢子胚的诱导率 ,培养基中加入活性炭也可改善胚的分化
