使用DNA-DNA斑点杂交技术检测取自北京和新疆两地的40例人宫颈癌活检组织中HPV-16型和18型的DNA相关序列。以~(32)P-HPV-16及18为探针,前者杂交阳性率为75%(30/40),后者为17.5%(7/40)。初步表明,中国妇女宫颈癌的发生与HPV-16型关系密切。HPV-16型和18型的阳性率新疆地区高于北京地区,少数民族高于汉族,提示HPV感染似乎存在地理差异和民族差异。
DNA-DNA dot blot hybridization was used to detect DNA-related sequences of HPV-16 and 18 in 40 human cervical cancer biopsies taken from Beijing and Xinjiang. The positive rate of hybridization was 75% (30/40) in the former and 17.5% (7/40) in the latter, using ~ (32) P-HPV-16 and 18 as probes. Preliminary indications, the occurrence of cervical cancer in Chinese women and HPV-16 type are closely related. The positive rates of HPV-16 and 18 in Xinjiang are higher than those in Beijing and the ethnic minorities are higher than Han, suggesting that HPV infection appears to have geographical and ethnic differences.
