近年来,大学生怀孕越来越普遍,许多大学生选择以人工流产的方式解决怀孕带来的“后遗症”。因法律规范的滞后性与局限性,不管是人工流产还是自然流产(意外流产)带来的问题却是流产大学生的“隐伤”。本文通过对调查报告数据的分析,试图揭示大学生(主要是本科生)人工流产的原因,从民事后果的角度分配因人工流产而支出的费用,探讨具体的履行方式,并从学校、家庭及个人等方面加强大学生在流产后的保护,维护大学生的身心健康。
In recent years, college students become more and more common in pregnancy. Many university students choose to solve the “sequelae” of pregnancy by way of induced abortion. Due to the lag and limitations of legal norms, whether it is induced abortion or spontaneous abortion (accidental abortion) is the problem of abortion college students “hidden hurt ”. This article attempts to reveal the reasons for abortion among college students (mainly undergraduates) by analyzing the data of the investigation reports, allocates the expenses due to abortion from the perspective of civil consequences, discusses the specific ways of implementation, and from the schools, families and individuals And other aspects to strengthen the protection of college students after abortion and safeguard the physical and mental health of college students.
