在席卷全球的金融危机和欧债危机影响下,我国高校毕业生的就业问题日益突出;尤其对本来就处于竞争弱势中的专科生来说,要找到一份好的工作尤非易事。因此,本文着重探索了导致高校毕业生就业难的一系列原因,主要从教师课堂教学模式和学生实用技能培养两方面入手,提出了建立顺应新时代发展的新教学模式的必要性和培养提高学生综合素质和能力的重要性。
