目的:探讨高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓活检组织中缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α因子)的表达情况。方法:采集果洛州玛多县(海拔4 300m)高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓活检标本20例。对照组为我院住院非血液系统疾病患者10例(海拔2 260m)。应用免疫组织化学技术标记HIF-1α因子,观察骨髓组织中HIF-1α因子的表达情况。结果:高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓组织中HIF-1α因子(80%)明显高于对照组(10%)(P<0.001)。结论:高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓组织HIF-1α因子的表达明显增高,同时亦相应刺激骨髓组织中血管的显著形成。
Objective: To investigate the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-1α) in bone marrow biopsy tissues of patients with high altitude polycythemia. Methods: Twenty bone marrow biopsy specimens were collected from Maduo County (4 300m above sea level) high altitude polycythemia patients. Control group of hospitalized patients with non-hematological diseases in 10 cases (2 260m above sea level). HIF-1α was labeled by immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of HIF-1α in bone marrow. Results: HIF-1α (80%) was significantly higher in the bone marrow of patients with high altitude polycythemia than in the control group (10%) (P <0.001). CONCLUSION: The expression of HIF-1α in bone marrow of patients with high altitude polycythemia is significantly increased, meanwhile, the significant formation of blood vessels in bone marrow is stimulated accordingly.
