随着我国第三产业的迅速发展,特别是旅游行业的逐渐成熟,为了满足游客们的需求,导游也成为供不应求的一个职业。为了更好培养导游的综合素质,本文以中职旅游教育中的导游为例,以期达到进一步促进旅游业发展的目的。在旅游业的发展当中,导游发挥了关键性的作用。导游的能力与素质更是关系到旅游者个人,甚至是国家的形象。由此可见,导游的能力素质培养是一份非常重要的课题,必须受到广泛的重视。本文主要阐述了中职旅游教育中导游职业能力素质培养的具体措施。
With the rapid development of China’s tertiary industry, especially the tourism industry has gradually matured, in order to meet the needs of tourists, tour guides have become a job in short supply. In order to better train the overall quality of tour guides, this paper takes tour guides in secondary vocational schools as an example to achieve the purpose of further promoting tourism development. Tour guides play a key role in the development of tourism. Tour guide ability and quality is related to the individual tourists, and even the country’s image. Thus it can be seen that the training of competency and quality of tour guides is a very important issue and must be given extensive attention. This article mainly elaborates on the specific measures for training professional competence of tour guides in secondary vocational education.
