深圳铁鹏建设有限公司,是由深圳东鹏实业有限公司与铁道部第十三工程局合资组建,合营期限为40年,主要负责建设和经营盐田港疏港铁路。深圳铁鹏建设有限公司的成立打破了几十年来铁路独家建设和经营的传统,开创了由铁路企业和地方企业合资合营的新模式。同时该公司突破了单一的铁路建设经营的范围,不仅利用铁路沿线所征土地吸引外资进行仓储、工业区的开发建设,兴办合资或独资的工业企业,还把业务进一步扩展到承包公路、机场、码头、市政工程及房屋建设的设计、施工计任务以及开展建筑设备、材料的贸易等行业,创建了多元化的经营格局。
Shenzhen Tiepeng Construction Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Shenzhen Dongpeng Industrial Co., Ltd. and the thirteenth Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. The term of the joint venture is 40 years. It is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of Yantian Port Shugang Railway. The establishment of Shenzhen Tiepeng Construction Co., Ltd. broke the tradition of exclusive railway construction and management for decades and opened up a new mode of joint venture and joint operation between railway enterprises and local enterprises.
